Hardware solutions
Vehicles that arrive with the software already running on them. Take a complete vehicle, or take the bare platform and put your own module on the deck.
AMR
One partner for the whole vehicle: the P250 platform base, the navigation software on it, and ACS coordinating the fleet. Everything above the deck plate belongs to the top module and everything below it is platform, so the same base carries a shelf, a conveyor, a SCARA, or an arm — and every vehicle in the family shares one interface.

What is included
- Vehicle platform — P250
- A modular AMR drive base with a frozen deck interface: 40 M8 inserts at 100 mm pitch and two ø12 H7 dowels. Top modules bolt down and locate the same way on every length in the family.
- Navigation software
- Sensor fusion combines lidar, landmark, line, vision, and sky guide sensors, so vehicles run reliably even where SLAM alone struggles.
- Fleet management — ACS
- Route planning and traffic management for dozens of vehicles, including single-lane paths. An ETA-aware route prediction algorithm keeps unnecessary stops and waiting to a minimum.

P250 platform base
The rating is three figures at once, because mass alone means nothing for a base that carries arms: 250 kg static, payload centre of gravity no more than 600 mm above the deck and within ø200 mm of the rotation axis, and 150 N·m continuous deck torque (300 N·m peak).
- Rating
- 250 kg static · payload CG ≤ 600 mm above deck · 150 N·m continuous deck torque, 300 N·m peak
- Envelope
- 950 × 650 × 325 mm over the optical hoods · 900 × 600 mm chassis · deck 325 mm above floor
- Turning
- Swept radius R581 · spins on the spot in an 1162 mm corridor
- Deck interface
- 40 × M8 inserts, 8 × 5 grid at 100 mm pitch · 2 × ø12 H7 dowels, 600 mm apart
- Running gear
- 2 driven ø200 wheels on pivoted, spring-loaded drive units with ±10 mm travel · 4 ø100 casters rated 200 kg each
- Speed
- 1.5 m/s full-speed mode · 0.8 m/s reduced-speed mode, selected at integration
- Sensing
- 2 lidar heads on opposite corners, 180° each, scan planes at 230 / 270 mm · downward floor camera on the rotation axis
- Power
- 48 V / 30 Ah LiFePO₄ pack, 1.54 kWh · about 5 h at 300 W average · automatic contact charging · pack in a rear drawer
- Ground clearance
- 125 mm
